Training

Tom's videoconferencing expertise developed on the TALiSMAN project (Teaching and Learning in Scottish Metropolitan Area Networks), which was an initiative of the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council. Tom developed the videoconferencing courses, managed the videoconferencing conference events; developed and delivered the Train the Trainers sessions. Over the 2 and 1/2 year duration he delivered hundreds of courses across all of Scotland.

Travelling around, and working remotely, made it clear to him just how collaborative successful videoconferencing is, and how many people are involved in making it a success.

Training is our core expertise at Prescience Communications. We have been innovating robust training programmes for public and private sector companies for over 10 years. Our method involves working with the organisation to identify core requirements, and then to develop appropriate training to deal with the training task in hand. We provider user training and train-the-trainer training, using face-to-face and online training methods.
